The great thing about Easter (after Jesus rising, of course) is it comes right after Lent, so if you do give-ups, you can finally indulge in whatever you gave up. Growing up it was always chocolate and candy, in general. I was allergic to chocolate, so no big deal for me, but my brothers and sisters just loved it!

I looked around and tho I changed the order, Delish.com had a pretty good rundown of the best new Easter candy. If you love Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, you will love this list.

REESE'S EASTER EGGS WITH PIECES

What’s not to like, they’re egg-shaped peanut butter cups stuffed with Reese’s Pieces! The egg you want to go crunch. I love Reese's PBC's so much.

When I could finally eat chocolate (lost the allergy), I gorged on these and have loved them ever since. Unlike that time I had too much tequila...

EASTER DUOS JELLY BEANS FROM STARBURST
Starbursts are fun, these look fun. Plus, if your kids are like me, they’ll jam ‘em all in their mouth and work on it for the next ½ hour.

PURPLE RAIN TINY JELLY BIRD EGGS

BRACHS PURPLE PRINCE

If you are a Prince fan, these will rock your world. Wear a Raspberry Beret and ask Darling Nikki if she’d like some. Oh, and then head over to the Five and Dime, and tell Mr. McGee you'd like to take some time off because you just met a hottie with a little red Corvette.

REESE'S PUFFS BUNNY-SHAPED CEREAL
Easter bunny shaped cereal? I’m not saying it won’t be good, but I remember Capt’n Crunch Peanut Butter and that was NOT a good thing.

SPARKLING BUNNY CORN FROM JELLY BELLY
Its Candy Corn with sparkles? You lost me at candy corn.

OREO CREME FILLED EGGS WITH COOKIE PIECES

Sure, the description is the name of the thing, but anything Oreo always makes me think of having to brush my teeth IMMEDIATELY after eating.
