Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A motorist who was arrested in Stewartville Wednesday night had a blood/alcohol concentration more than four times the legal limit to drive.

A county deputy spotted the man weaving and driving well below the speed limit in a 45 mph zone and pulled him over. The deputy reported the man was “obviously intoxicated” and when he failed field sobriety tests he was arrested.

When the deputy asked the man if he had been drinking, he answered, “ Duh.”

The man - identified as 35-year-old Christopher Sheehan - said he had been drinking rum and Cokes at a friend’s house in Stewartville. Sheehan said he was driving home when he was pulled over. He lives in Stacyville, Iowa, about 40 miles from Stewartville.

A breath test showed he had a blood/alcohol concentration of .35.
