It would require face coverings in all city-owned buildings, schools, and “all indoor settings where medically vulnerable individuals or children are expected to be present.”

Norton told the council the order will be in effect for three days to allow time for more discussion.

Violation of this order is not a criminal offense. However, “any individual who fails to comply with this order may be asked to leave and if the person refuses, law enforcement may enforce trespassing laws or any other law the individual may violate. “

In addition, "Owners of public buildings subject to of this ordinance must post signage at all public entrances to the buildings notifying the public that face coverings are required pursuant to this emergency declaration."

And:

"Any business violating this Order shall be subject to administrative action for any licenses they possess with the City."
