Rochester City Council Members Respond to Pay Raise Controversy

The end result will pay council members just over $39,000 per year while the council president will receive $47,000. The mayor’s salary was set at $65,700.
Council President Randy Staver and 5th Ward Rep. Shaun Palmer voted against the increases.
