Well, fall was fun while it lasted all of 36 hours. Southern Minnesota went from 88 to 55 like we saw a State Trooper on I-35! The good news is SE Minnesota won't have to worry about waking up to 1-3 inches of possible snow tomorrow as people along the Gunflint Trail may see. The bad news, we are stuck with cool and wet weather for the next few days.

The National Weather Service in Duluth tweeted out yesterday that portions of Northern Minnesota might be waking up tomorrow too as much as 3 inches of the white stuff in grassy areas or on trees.

Now, this isn't outside of the norm for the Duluth area as CurrentResults.com states that "Duluth's first snowfall of winter usually arrives in October."

It's just a reminder to us all that 'Winter Is Coming'.
