Highway 52 Repaving Work Begins Monday at Chatfield
Chatfield, MN (KROC-AM News) - Motorists traveling on Highway 52 between Rochester and Chatfield can expect short delays beginning on Monday.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation says crews are scheduled to begin paving work at the north end of Chatfield to Olmsted County Road 7, which is about halfway between Chatfield and Marion. Flaggers will be stopping traffic for brief periods so each direction of traffic takes turns using the lane that is not being paved at the time.
The repaving work will be taking place during weekdays. Another detour is planned a couple of weeks from now for the replacement of several culverts. That’s currently scheduled to take place starting June 3rd and run through August
6th.
