After the ongoing pandemic canceled just about everything in 2020, here's good news if you want to see some live theatre productions in Minnesota this year.

The continued rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine across Minnesota is giving many of us hope that things (stop me if you've heard this one) 'will get back to normal' later this year. Hopefully! And along with the rescheduling of various outdoor events, concerts, sports events and other activities that we all LOVE to do in Minnesota, the Hennepin Theatre Trust in Minneapolis has released their tentative schedule of live shows for 2021... and it contains some pretty big names.

The Hennepin Theatre Trust is the group that books live stage performances at three of the Twin Cities theaters in Minneapolis, including the Orpheum Theatre, the State Theatre, and the Pantages Theatre. And according to a post on the HTT website, check out the following shows that have been tentatively scheduled for a run here in Minnesota this year:

If you're interested, you can get more information (like what happens if the show you're interested in purchasing tickets for ends up getting canceled or rescheduled) and purchase tickets HERE.

And speaking of the arts, did you know a lot of famous folks from TV, movies and the theatre are actually from here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes? Keep scrolling to see how many celebrities got their start while going to high school here in Minnesota.
