You've heard of Chicken and Waffles, right? Delicious fried chicken and fluffy, joyous waffles, smothered in maple syrup. I don't know how they became popular everywhere, but I sure am glad they did. There's a good chance at least one member of your family loves C and W. But, when you're ready to kick it up a notch, try Lobster and Waffles! It's the new thing, now. Where can you get it? Red Lobster in Rochester! Foodbeast says...

"The new Lobster and Waffles dish features buttermilk fried Maine lobster tail perched atop a Cheddar Bay Biscuit waffle and drizzled with maple syrup. It's a bit of an upscale take on chicken and waffles because of the lobster, but the combo of sweet, savory, salty, and cheesy sounds promising."

A cheddar bay biscuit waffle? OK, that's pretty amazing. They could probably forget the deep-fried lobster and just gimmie the waffle. Waffles are goooooood!

The price will vary from location to location, but it'll be around $20. If you want to try 'em, you better get your butt in, because doesn't look like Lobster and Waffles will be a permanent addition to the menu.
